librrd-ruby software package provides time-series data storage and display system (Ruby interface), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librrd-ruby
librrd-ruby is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librrd-ruby package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librrd-ruby *
You will get with librrd-ruby package name, version, architecture and description in a table
